2. Description of Service

OutLoud is an AI-powered voice conversation application that allows users to engage in natural voice conversations with artificial intelligence. The App offers both free and premium subscription services.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

3.2 Bonus Minutes

Additional bonus minutes are available for purchase and are non-renewable, one-time purchases that supplement your monthly allowance.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your conversations and any actions taken based on AI responses. OutLoud is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

5. Privacy and Data

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OutLoud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7.2 AI Limitations

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutLoud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where OutLoud operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
